If this is causing anxiety, over-thinking, difficulty fitting in at school, college, work or home life. if you suffer from low self esteem, find it hard to focus or focus too hard and time slips away. If you find it difficulty to regulate your sensory needs. I can help you find your strengths and how they can be leveraged to succeed and contribute to your life in meaningful ways.
